The beginning of an end

Friends their funny things aren't they. They are the family you choose and good ones stick around for a lifetime. It's amazing that even when you argue and don't speak for years, You'll meet up and fall back into your friendship like nothing ever happened. In my instance a man was the cause and I cant believe I let it happen, now that she's back in my life she's leaving and I cant even believe that it took for her to leave for us to meet up again. I'm glad my home girl is well, back on my side and I cant wait to visit her but am so sad that I missed out on three years of friendship over a man. I guess what I'm trying to get at is cherish the people around you because tomorrow they might be dead or emigrating or something that takes them out of your life.
